Proper Motive LLC uses the information you submit to respond to service requests, schedule mobile automotive work, prepare estimates and invoices, communicate about your vehicle, and maintain required business records.

Information we collect

The booking form may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, county, vehicle identification number, requested date, requested service, and notes. Basic technical information may also be processed to keep the website and request system secure.

How information is used

Submitted information is sent to the Proper Motive Control Center so authorized Proper Motive staff can review and follow up on your request. We do not sell customer information.

Google reviews

The reviews section may request rating and review information from Google Maps Platform when that connection is enabled. Google may process technical information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Proper Motive does not store Google review content in the customer website.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to authorized business users. Business and service records may be retained for operational, warranty, accounting, legal, and regulatory purposes.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with a service request or to request a correction, subject to recordkeeping requirements.
