These terms apply to your use of the Proper Motive LLC customer website. By using the site or submitting a service request, you agree to use it only for lawful automotive-service inquiries.

Service requests are not confirmed appointments

Submitting the form creates a pending request for review. An appointment is confirmed only after Proper Motive communicates acceptance, scope, location, date, and time.

Pricing and repair scope

Website prices are starting estimates, not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing and service availability depend on the vehicle, diagnosis, parts, access, travel, site safety, and the approved estimate or invoice.

Safety and availability

Some repairs cannot safely or practically be performed as mobile service. Proper Motive may decline or reschedule a request because of weather, site conditions, parts, technician availability, or safety concerns.

Google Maps content

Google ratings and reviews, when displayed, are supplied by Google Maps and remain subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Terms of Service. Review authors retain responsibility for their submitted content.

Website availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted. For urgent service questions, call Proper Motive directly.
